The most reproducible SLC25A48-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CXCL14, STX11, and PMVK. Each is linked with SLC25A48-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A48-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A48-AS1 results are reported.
