Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,913 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acetylation, RNA modification, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with SLC25A31 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A31-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A31 results are reported.
