Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,309 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are N4BP2L2-IT2, RN7SL608P, and AHSA2P. Each is linked with SLC25A2 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A2 results are reported.
