Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,366 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, PPP2R5C, and HMCN1. Each is linked with SLC25A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A2 results are reported.
