SLC25A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC25A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,845 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTLA4, SCNN1B, and CXCL10. Each is linked with SLC25A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTLA4 grouped by SLC25A2-low versus SLC25A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC25A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC25A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
