The most reproducible SLC25A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with SLC25A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A2 results are reported.
