Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC25A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 278 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC25A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC110, NUMBL, and CUEDC2. Each is linked with SLC25A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC25A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC25A2 results are reported.
