Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC24A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,238 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC24A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC6, CA14, and MED9. Each is linked with SLC24A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC24A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC24A1 results are reported.
