Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC24A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,864 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC24A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2K5, INTS14, and TRIM66. Each is linked with SLC24A1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC24A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC24A1 results are reported.
