SLC23A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC23A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC23A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GCN1, SPCS2, and SPCS3. Each is linked with SLC23A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC23A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC23A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC23A2 versus GCN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC23A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC23A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
