SLC1A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,158 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VASP, PXN, and CASP4. Each is linked with SLC1A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC1A4 versus VASP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
