SLC19A3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC19A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,843 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC19A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP27A1, MYL1, and RND1. Each is linked with SLC19A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC19A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC19A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC19A3 versus CYP27A1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC19A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC19A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
