Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC19A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC19A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLK3, TACR3, and OR1N2. Each is linked with SLC19A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC19A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC19A3 results are reported.
