SLC19A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC19A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC19A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4632, OR5T2, and RNA5-8SP5. Each is linked with SLC19A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC19A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC19A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4632 grouped by SLC19A2-low versus SLC19A2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC19A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC19A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
