Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC17A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,927 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC17A6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair, Protein stabilization, and Regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity. Each is linked with SLC17A6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A6 results are reported.
