Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC17A6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC17A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW1, SNTG2, and NDUFV2. Each is linked with SLC17A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A6 results are reported.
