SLC15A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,346 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ILDR1, GRAMD2B, and EHF. Each is linked with SLC15A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC15A2 versus ILDR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
