SLBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP7P1, MIR6864, and OR5H5P. Each is linked with SLBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLBP-to-partner and partner-to-SLBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP7P1 grouped by SLBP-low versus SLBP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
