Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,940 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLAMF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, EXOG, and PAXIP1. Each is linked with SLAMF9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF9-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by SLAMF9-low versus SLAMF9-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
