Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, IGFBP2, and PI3K-p85. Each is linked with SLAMF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF9-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF9 results are reported.
