Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLAMF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,339 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLAMF9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of vasculature development, Negative regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Cell-substrate adhesion. Each is linked with SLAMF9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF9-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF9 results are reported.
