SKAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,543 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, SEPTIN1_S206, and SEPTIN6. Each is linked with SKAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKAP1 versus SEPTIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
