SKA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,773 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL_S67, NUF2_S247, and PAICS_S27. Each is linked with SKA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA1-to-partner and partner-to-SKA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 versus NCL_S67 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
