Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 639 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP3-4P, RDM1P1, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with SKA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA1-to-partner and partner-to-SKA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP3-4P grouped by SKA1-low versus SKA1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
