SIX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,903 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIX1, TRMT5, and DCAF5. Each is linked with SIX4 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX4-to-partner and partner-to-SIX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIX4 versus SIX1 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
