Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR373, CEP85, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with SIX4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX4-to-partner and partner-to-SIX4 results are reported.
