Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPPA2, RPL10L, and CSN3. Each is linked with SIX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX4-to-partner and partner-to-SIX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPPA2 grouped by SIX4-low versus SIX4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
