Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,639 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNA5SP412, and ATP5MC3. Each is linked with SIX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX3-to-partner and partner-to-SIX3 results are reported.
