SIX3-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,292 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX3-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIX3, LINC01833, and C2orf50. Each is linked with SIX3-AS1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SIX3-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIX3-AS1 versus SIX3 in PCPG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX3-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX3-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
