Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,389 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALRNA1, SIX4, and MNAT1. Each is linked with SIX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX1-to-partner and partner-to-SIX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIX1 versus SALRNA1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
