Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, EGFR_pY1068, and Gab2. Each is linked with SIX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX1-to-partner and partner-to-SIX1 results are reported.
