Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,347 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Olfactory placode development, Olfactory placode morphogenesis, and Olfactory placode formation. Each is linked with SIX1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX1-to-partner and partner-to-SIX1 results are reported.
