Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AB2, RNU6-624P, and RNU6-525P. Each is linked with SIRT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT7-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
