Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,787 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, BLOC1S5, and TRGV2. Each is linked with SIRT5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT5-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT5 versus GOT1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
