Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,769 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6799, MIR5093, and TRAV8-7. Each is linked with SIRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6799 grouped by SIRT2-low versus SIRT2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
