Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIN3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIN3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA8, OR2W1, and IZUMO1R. Each is linked with SIN3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SIN3A results are reported.
