SIK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 497 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS27, KDSR, and WDR36. Each is linked with SIK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK3-to-partner and partner-to-SIK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS27 grouped by SIK3-low versus SIK3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
