SIK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TKTL2, NEUROD4, and SERPINI2. Each is linked with SIK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK1-to-partner and partner-to-SIK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TKTL2 grouped by SIK1-low versus SIK1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
