SIGMAR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGMAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,278 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGMAR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBAP2, RFC3, and SMC2. Each is linked with SIGMAR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGMAR1-to-partner and partner-to-SIGMAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGMAR1 versus UBAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGMAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGMAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
