Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGMAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGMAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC1P12, RNU1-15P, and RNU6-374P. Each is linked with SIGMAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGMAR1-to-partner and partner-to-SIGMAR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VDAC1P12 grouped by SIGMAR1-low versus SIGMAR1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGMAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGMAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
