SIGLEC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP10, ZIK1P1, and TRIM51GP. Each is linked with SIGLEC8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC8-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP10 grouped by SIGLEC8-low versus SIGLEC8-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
