Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,462 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANGRF, ZNF567, and DCTD. Each is linked with SI in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SI-to-partner and partner-to-SI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SI versus RANGRF in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
