SHROOM3-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHROOM3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,515 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM3-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHROOM3_S1173, SHROOM3_S285, and SHROOM3_S439. Each is linked with SHROOM3-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM3-AS1 results are reported.
