SHQ1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHQ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,209 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPRT1, TLE2, and SLC5A4. Each is linked with SHQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHQ1-to-partner and partner-to-SHQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHQ1 versus HPRT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
