SHQ1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHQ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,042 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHQ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKN2_T958, USP32_S1588, and EPC2. Each is linked with SHQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHQ1-to-partner and partner-to-SHQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHQ1 versus PKN2_T958 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
