SHQ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Myosin-IIa, and Paxillin. Each is linked with SHQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHQ1-to-partner and partner-to-SHQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by SHQ1-low versus SHQ1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
