Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, DEFA4, and OR4F4. Each is linked with SHQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHQ1-to-partner and partner-to-SHQ1 results are reported.
