Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHPRH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,589 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAP1, HLA-B, and KLHL23. Each is linked with SHPRH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHPRH-to-partner and partner-to-SHPRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHPRH versus TAP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHPRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHPRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
