SHPK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,821 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG7, YWHAE, and MRM3. Each is linked with SHPK in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHPK-to-partner and partner-to-SHPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
