SHPK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,607 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and PIK3CA. Each is linked with SHPK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHPK-to-partner and partner-to-SHPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
